Meals
will be served accorded to the seasons in the garden, on the
terrace or in the dinning room with stone
walls, a
patined terracotta floor and a fireplace.
Its open kitchen will propose you labelled fresh produces
and a wide range of local produces :
olives, almonds, figs, garlic, olive oil, herbes de Provence (mixed
herbs), goat’s milk cheese, Cavaillon melon,
black truffles, calissons of Aix...
Every day we propose you a new menu.
Local and Lyon’s cuisine specialities will be suggested throughout
the year and make you discover again old-time flavours and dishes.
A local gastronomy with a selection of wines :
white, red and rosé wines from the Côtes du
Ventoux, Côtes du Luberon, Beaumes-de-Venise, Côtes du
Rhône...
