Upon request, we can also accommodate your dietary preferences and offer vegetarian dishes.

Our culinary specialties

  • From October to Christmas: open Friday and Saturday evenings, as well as Sunday lunchtimes.
  • From Christmas to the end-of-year holidays: open every evening of the week and Sunday lunchtimes.
  • From January to Easter: open Friday and Saturday evenings, as well as Sunday lunchtimes.
  • High Season: open every evening of the week and Sunday lunchtimes.

Our selection of wines

To complement and enhance our dishes, we have prepared a selection of the finest wines, produced in the vicinity of our hotel-restaurant in La Roque-sur-Pernes.

White, red, and rosé wines, Côtes du Ventoux, Côtes du Luberon, Beaumes-de-Venise, Côtes du Rhône, and Beaujolais, will be featured on our menu. Other drinks are also on the menu!

The half-board formula

For guests staying at our hotel-restaurant near Mont Ventoux, we offer a half-board option:

  • Standard or Superior Room (2 people): room, breakfast, dinner with aperitif, starter, main course, dessert, and coffee
  • Triple Room (2 adults and 1 child): room, breakfast, adult dinner (aperitif, starter, main course, dessert, and coffee) and child's dinner (fruit juice, main course, and dessert)
  • Family Suite (4 people): family suite, breakfast, adult dinner (aperitif, starter, main course, dessert, and coffee) and child's dinner (fruit juice, main course, and dessert)
